This is a beginner level Tread Class. Stella coaches you thru a gentle warm up, followed by 35 minutes of walk/power walk or walk/jog intervals, and wrap up with a earned 5 minute cool down. Intervals are divided 50/50, with equal parts between walking & power walking or jogging! Class is held in our Private Tread Studio, where the lights are dimmed and the music is choreographed to move you! Very fun and relaxing atmosphere!
